These twilight shots of 85 Fairway Ave in Rye have me craving crisper air and Fall activities. 

The mature Crepe Myrtles adorn the patio which is accessible from the sunken family room, the perfect setting for an endless summer BBQ. I imagine a fire pit, smores, and memories being made in this very backyard.

It’s funny how the entryway is the first thing you see and notice in most homes, YET it is a lot of times the last area of the home that gets the attention, TLC and energy. Well at least that was the case for me and once I outfitted our “entry” I felt so much better and didn’t cringe walking through the door everyday, thank you Nina (Nina Draddy Design)

How did you get into Real Estate?……………….Interiors and Architecture have always interested me, the transition from college to building my first home in Purchase Estates was very organic and fun.
