Questions with May

IMG_2318

How did you get into Real Estate?……………….Interiors and Architecture have always interested me, the transition from college to building my first home in Purchase Estates was very organic and fun. I loved building from scratch and flipping homes that needed some TLC. I even lured April into becoming a realtor and then years later joined Houlihan Lawrence. Understanding the building process has allowed me to better educate my clients and their expectations about renovations, budgets, timing and building permits.

Did you know May is Left Handed……

What is your favorite thing about living in Harrison? ……………….My neighborhood in Sunnyridge and the people who live there. I have lived there for 14 years.

Do you prefer working with buyers or sellers?.…………..Buyers, it’s a big challenge which excites me…..

Whats your favorite place for a night out with your husband?…….. Definitely Rafele in Rye,  I ALWAYS get ROMEO’S FAVORITE

Whats the biggest misconception about realtors?………………..That we spend our days looking at beautiful houses and nothing else….

Who’s your favorite sister, April or June ?………hmmmm

You can have it all……

Close to school, fabulous layout, amazing yard, in – law suite…..and there is more!
